ePR application - Passport details

Hello All,
I have a question regarding the Passport details to be included in the ePR application.

what does Official descriptions refer to here ?

Also is there a size limit per document that I can upload for the ePR document list ?

Official description should be the first page after personal particulars, for indian passports it is the 'Republic of India' declaration.
But then I think the first and last page of passport should suffice.

As for the size limit you should be able to see it mentioned on the website when uploading documents, if I remember correctly the limit is 2mb per document,
