ICA LTVP clarification details

I am trying to register for LTVP but I have forgotten to put my signature in my Terms and Conditions. ICA sent me a clarification detail page where I can clarify and resend my terms and conditions but the description was vague so I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help?

Is there any upload button on the webpage in the image you screenshot? If yes:

1. Print out & sign your terms and conditions page

2. Scan and upload the signed terms and conditions page

If not:
Then email ICA that the upload button is missing with screenshot proof.

There’s no upload button on there just the description and text box. I mailed ICA and they told me to make it into a pdf format and re-submit. And I told them that I can’t because there’s only a text box to put words and no a file upload button.

The picture I put in is literally the whole thing without anything else. So I’m just stressed by them right now.

If no response and really have no button, you can always write in the text box “There is no button to upload file, only this text box, please assist.”

Nowadays LTVP has many layers of approval before the final “approved in principle” step. They should be able to toggle something on their side to let you upload.

The person who assisted me was vague as heck. When I clarified to them about the message I sent for the first time.

But,
I clicked some stuff without knowing and realized that the picture that I put up will become a pdf with a next page that says “the information I give is the truth” so at the bottom of it needs the date and signature.
Obviously The Ica person didn’t help at all.

At least I can edit the text box and put my signature.
