Form 4A Upload Error

Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to get your help on trouble shooting my PR Application. I had encountered an issue of error uploading Form 4A Application Form. It show "Empty or incomplete form uploaded, please complete the minimum required fields.". However, it is clear that I completed the form as no prompt from PDF. How do you solve your problem if I may ask?

For those who are new here, current Form 4A version is 4.5 as of this post.
If your current form has a different version, you will get an upload error.
