PR Approval Chances in 2022

Kindly advise for my PR improvements needed

Nationality: Indian
Age: 34
Marital status: Married (7+ years)
Children: 2 daughters (5 1/2 and 3 1/2)
Salary: 90k base + 30k bonus
Industry : Software Engineer(DevOps Engineer)
Experience: 11+ years
School: Govt school
Degree: BE ECE
Stay in Singapore: 2.5 years total(my family is here for 2years)
Visa: EP
Company: e-commerce Japan head quarters

My spouse: House maker
Education: BE CSE
School: Govt school

I already tired once it got rejected in 4 months.
Kindly give your advice on the improvements

i also dont know. but maybe you try also.

All i know is that if youre a malaysian chinese it will be very easy to get pr here.

Chances are slim, based on etnicity,salary and time in singapore. suggest you wait for a couple more years.

IMHO, 2.5 years is considered quite a short stay and additionally you have applied once, Given the race, salary and time as suggested, wait atleast 2-3 years before you re-apply. During this 2-3 years try to increase ur salary if possible or move up ur career or acquire skills. Else i have seen in this forum many threads where profiles similar as yours being rejected 5-6 times already just because they apply every year.

Lol some indian people are delusional when they are applying with such a short stay.. I think the government should change the eligibility to at least 5 years of stay before anyone can apply for a PR..
