Flowers and Shrubs in Spore, what cost?

Hi, I recently visited Spore on a house hunt.
Have found one, 4 beds, semi D, good land and East coast area.

Now my dilemma takes shape.

I have amassed over 50 bushes, palms, indoor and outdoor plants in Bangkok where I am currently living. Now I know I can obtain an AVA to ship them to Singapore, but...is it worth it?
Does anybody know the cost of the following plants from any of the garden centres which I passed in the East coast area when I was on my flying visit?

Approx 6 foot indoor palm?
I cannot remember the names of the next ones, but they are all over the place in Singapore, on verges, bridges walkways...They are shrubs, green leaves but the end leaves turn into a colour (pink, red, white, lilac) and a small white flower appears at the end of them.
The ornamental small orange trees.
Pomegranite trees.
Large indoor Yucca tree.
Any broad leafed trailing plants.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated
