Yes. Is condo. Developer does not have a copy of it. That is most headache part

This is a tough one. I believe Pandan Valley was the 1st condo built in SG and the requirements were different then.

Can URA show floor plans of the units?
URA currently does not collect such information. If you require building plans or floor plans of the units, you can obtain them from the Building and Construction Authority. Visit their website at www.bca.gov.sg.
