I am a singaporean with an Iranian husband
He has tried to apply for PR under the professional route while we were dating but it failed
He is currently on s-pass but he wishes to convert it to LTVP to obtain PLOC to work freelance
Can I ask if anyone can help?
1) how long does it take for ICA to process an S pass to LTVP it as it has already been 2 weeks
2) what is the likelihood of an Iranian getting PR under spousal route?
My income is about 18k a month if that’s what SG cares about…..
Any other advice is welcomed as we are quite desperate. Should I go down to ICA in person?
