PR chances in 2021

Hi Sirs, Please advice my PR chances
Profile
- Age: 39
- Race: Middle Eastern/European
-Nationality: Greek
- Gender: M
- Marital Status: Married ( my wife on DP)
- Education: Bachelor In University of Tourism
- Industry: Shipping
- Position: Head of Customer Service Dep
- Year gross salary 103K
- EP holder
- Live in Singapore: 4 years
Have a child 4.5 years old
Note: my wife is on DP but recently got a job offer and she will have a Work Permit , salary is too low for having an Spass, would this effect on PR chance? Which is better to stay on DP or to get WP?

Chance is very low based on the ethnic quota, your salary, etc.

Majority of the assessment like 80% will be done based on the main applicant.
