Hello
I have a quick question. Am I allowed to enter Singapore while waiting my DP result? Should I have visa?

It depends on which passport do you own for seeing whether you need a visa to enter SG. Anyway at the moment, the country from which you enter also matters because of the pandemic. So, you may need a visa + Entry approval to enter SG.
Even if DP is approved, you will still need entry approval to enter SG
