Serviced Apartments

Post by sueinshanghai » Thu, 20 May 2004 8:29 am

We are due to relocate to Singapore from Shanghai mid June. We have not yet selected accommodation and will wait until we arrive so we can have a thorough look.

Could anybody recommend a Serviced Apartment? We have 2 children 5 & 1. Our housing allowance will be around 5-6K We will have a car, and my son will be attending the Aust school (in late July)

Many thanks

$5k to $6k can get you a really nice 3 bedroom apartment in town. (Not serviced) You must decide whether you really need a Serviced Apartment which is usually smaller in size but comes with services provided or a normal apartment.

For Service Apartments, you can goto our page at http://www.singaporeexpats.com/housing- ... tments.htm for more details.

As for normal housing like private condominiums or landed property, see our guide at http://www.singaporeexpats.com/guides-f ... -guide.htm
