Serviced Apartments

Post by sueinshanghai » Thu, 20 May 2004 8:29 am

We are due to relocate to Singapore from Shanghai mid June. We have not yet selected accommodation and will wait until we arrive so we can have a thorough look.

Could anybody recommend a Serviced Apartment? We have 2 children 5 & 1. Our housing allowance will be around 5-6K We will have a car, and my son will be attending the Aust school (in late July)

Many thanks

$5k to $6k can get you a really nice 3 bedroom apartment in town. (Not serviced) You must decide whether you really need a Serviced Apartment which is usually smaller in size but comes with services provided or a normal apartment.

For Service Apartments, you can goto our page at ... tments.htm for more details.

As for normal housing like private condominiums or landed property, see our guide at ... -guide.htm
