Undergraduate certificate to apply Spass

I have questions in terms of the certification to submit on Spass application, please kindly advise:
1. I have Spass from 4/2019-4/2021, I submitted the bachelor's degree, due to the Covid and quota, I was unable to get renewal.
2. I am still staying in Sinagpore due to having no flight back to my country, since 4/2019-now. I kept still looking for a job, try in vain. However, my company called me back and told me that they could apply 1 year contract with me.
3. I am studying Master degree, online course from the university in the UK, I could receive the postgraduate certificate in September, so if I got the rejection in applying Spass, can I get the appeal with the postgraduate certificate? Or if I have the Spass, can I submit the postgraduate certificate later on?

I'll just give you my opinions on this. Let's say:

Scenario 1: If your SPass get rejected, you can try to ask your employer to appeal the application adding on your latest postgraduate certificate. There is no harm trying to include your highest educational qualification.

Scenario 2: Once your pass get approved, you don't need to amend your application since it's not relevant anymore. Unless you want to switch to a new job, then the new employer has to make new application for your pass.
