Tailors in Singapore

Where are the best places for hand made tailored clothes? For men, for women? Looking for suits, dresses, skirts...
I saw a taylor in Giant. Is it good quality? I never bought tailored clothes in a super market before... :roll:

You can try visiting Tanglin Shopping Centre, there are a few tailors there.

I use Jack Custom Tailors in Far East Plaza (on Scott), 2nd floor. Not quite the cheapest, but very good tailoring, good selection of fabrics and non pushy people.
