We are facing our first end of lease in Singapore. During our tenenacy, the property was sold but we were allowed to finish our lease.
During the selling of the property, two officers (I don't know know exactly who they were) came to check the status of the property. During their visit they told me to highlight all the damages we were aware of because at the end of tenancy we are not supposed to repair them. Did they give me a correct information? I cannot find any official aswer anywere!
