They have been talking about Sep since they first started vaccinating earlier in the year, so not too surprising. They often say that Singapore is among the countries that can least afford to stay closed up.
But, one thing that has surprised me throughout the pandemic and restrictions here… there always seems to be plenty of traffic on the road and people out and about, almost without fail!
