Travel biz: Need advice on working with agencies

Post by jupiter » Mon, 28 Mar 2005 10:01 am

Does anyone have knowledge about working with travel agencies, either in Singapore or Thialand?

I am looking for some arrangement with one or more agencies to help sell/promote retreat programs regionally.

What I'd like to know, if possible:
How deals between travel/tour agencies and the service providers normally work? Is there a more or less common structure?

Best ways to find and approach agencies (prior to pounding the pavement )

Names of reputable, reliable travel/tour agencies in Singapore or Thialand, who might list and book retreat packages?

Anything else I haven't thought of?

Thanks!

Guess you mean Vietnam? I haven't been yet, but maybe I should have a look. Have you been, and can you recommend any specific places?
