If you believe the moderators have incorrectly deleted a post and banned you, then contact the board admin at [email protected]. Describe your issue. If the mods have been in error, he'll fix it up for you.

Sometimes it might be tricky if that is the first post and also from a non SG IP address. Please understand the reason. We go through a lot of such spam posts (daily at-least 20/30 for each moderator to clear) matching the above scenario.

This especially considering the OP is posting from a small town (<10k population) 13 miles from Pittsburgh PA in the US. One would wonder why they are asking a beauty & health question on a small local forum in Singapore, 9,538 miles away on their 1st post on the same day they registered. Has a pong to it, I must say.

I think the mods are doing a great job of weeding out a whole bunch of nonsense postings from around the world.

This person posts from a small town in Pennsylvania at 3:42am SGT, clearly not a present, past or future expat in Singapore and likely has ulterior motives that don’t jive at all with the intent of the forum.

Maybe all newbie posts from outside Singapore should initially be put into an automatic quarantine until the mods release them for pubic display?

Actually every forum on the interweb has a captcha, so I'm just trying to help you out here. Every time I visit (which is becoming less frequent you'll be happy to note) and check the latest posts, there are always a few spam posts on top. No wonder the mods are grumpy.

As far as I know, no difference from my custom one last time.

The description is the default for phpbb.

You can change the description. It's not appropriate for this kind of captcha, because there is no "code in the image below". There was definitely no captcha back in April this year.

There is a double confirmation of the email address. Which is a custom one that differs from all phpbb.
