Wats the requirement for Flight (male) steward in SIA?

Actualli wanna find out hows the interview being conducted for steward.
browse via the forum found that 1. grp interview 2. 1-1 interview 3. Psychotest & English Test 4. 3 interviewers targeting.

i'm 23 ..completed NS last yr...... diploma holder...1.77m

So wat exactly r the Qs they will ask... n any tips on answering them?
wats the psychotest n english abt?

3 rounds of interview each consists of?

They will test if you know all the lyrics to serveral Village People songs

Five bucks says that no matter what the questions are they won't be writen in smsbabble. Seriously, good oral communcations are dependent upon having good writing skills, and I wonder how well you'll do in front of an interviewer when you have become habituated into writing and thinking in sms.

there is no exact questions, if you have browsed through the forum you would know that the interview for stewards skip the uniform round.
english test is to test your command of skills in english and for pshycometric test, the name says it all. try to browse the previous posts in SIA topic as alot of information will help?
there is no exact questions for the interview.
