I am retired 67 with several more months to go here in Singapore. For me I will need a vaccination that I pay for not being a citizen of Singapore.
Asked my GP and my GI and no one knows. US embassy not offering shots. Guess I will be on home delivery since August starts dine in only for vaccinated

Why didn't you get vaxxed in April when residents over 60 phase first started? Assuming you were still employed at the point or had residency status of some sort, EP, etc.

I am retired. My partner got his via work permit. My GP suggested getting one of the China vaccines being offered through private providers. I might have to do that even though 79 per cent effective and who knows with Delta. I thought there might be an option at airport.

You should be able to get vaccinated privately, there are plenty of clinics that offer the vaccine.

Out of curiosity, what's your residency status in Singapore?
Anyway, yes it seems that some private clinics are offering Sinovac for a fee. I did a quick search but I couldn't seem to find any that are offering pfizer for a fee. So it looks like your choices are limited to one.

It looks like the other China Vaccine, Sinopharm may be approved for parallel import for private clinics to use, but at this point it has not been "vaccine" approved by the MOH.

I have quite a few friends who received both doses of the Moderna vaccine from private clinics, so no, not just limited to Sinovac.

These private clinics is part of the government covid19 vaccine. They dont take private appointment.
That's my understanding.

You should be able to walk into any vaccination centre right now if you are a legal resident of any sort. This applies to LTVP holders but not sure about SVP.
