Chrome and safari. From what I understand, Firefox and explorer are no longer a thing so the options are pretty limited anyway.

Chrome keeps crashing on me recently. Banking, FB or even YouTube!
Edge which is based on Chromium and pretty similar to Chrome much more stable IMO.

True, but also depends on what device you’re on. On my iPhone, I use the default safari. Works great, no complaints. On my MacBook, however, I prefer chrome. Interface is more user-friendly and pleasant to use in general.

Apparently chrome is faster than edge though, I’ve never used the latter personally but a google search didn’t return great reviews.

Edge is a decent browser and a good replacement for Internet Explorer but not my favorite.
Pal, I've administered a 40 person shop, all using Chrome for every kind of browser access you can imagine, and it is rock solid. If you are having crash issues, it is something on your PC, not Chrome.

Good to know.
My thoughts exactly. Chrome is one of the most formidable browsers.

Chrome actually killed my great grandfather in his late 30’s (specifically, the hexavalent chromium mist from his work chrome plating luxury railcars). That left my grandfather fatherless at the age of one. The man of the house who took his father’s place was cruel and messed him up psychologically, but that is another story.
Oh, I still use Chrome despite not being a fan of the substance. It’s the most stable one out there.

I've been a Chrome guy for decades but I am moving to Edge... same basic engine as Chrome, but...
Chrome has a bunch of memory leaks... let it run for a week or two and it keeps on using more and more memory until a restart is inevitable. Chrome also seems to use more memory than Edge to render any given page. Whoda thunk that 16 gig of memory wouldn't be enough?

That’s interesting. I did notice that certain pages when loaded in Chrome on my MacBook make the processor go crazy and the fan starts whirring full blast. I’ve looked that the processing diagnostic and it’s some kind of Chrome handler function. Maybe I need to try MS Edge… I’m sure Apple will be thrilled!

Edge for Microsoft apps. (office, share point etc). Chrome for others.
And yes, chrome is notorious for memory leak. It misbehaves if it's left open for too many days.... Luckily, my office laptop frequently gets patches and therefore forces restarts which ends up forcing chrome to behave
