I moved in 1.5 week and ve been following up the outstanding items eg. defects and inventory list. The agent only replied for those new defects reported. Messages, emails and we had argue on call bah bah bah. Today I found he had increased the rent and relisted the room just 5 days after I moved in(even before we argued). Feel like he is playing some game to kick me out for a higher rent. Can he do that and in what situation he can kick me out?

Did you sign TA?
Is the TA stamp?
Agent cannot kick you out without owner instruction.

Yes signed. The agent stamped it and gave me the the copy before i moved in. I went throught the TA again seems if i don't use the house for something illegal, impacting neighbors, subletting and pay the rent on time then only the owner sell the
property can ask me to leave. So wondering what game he is playing...

They can't just ask you to move just because they feel like it. Since TA signed and stamped, then there shouldn't be any issues. Maybe you can ask the agent why is the listing still up, and what's his/her intention..?

There would be a clause in your TA that would state you shall have peaceable enjoyment without any disturbance. So if he tries to fix an appointment for a new tenant , unless your TA explicitly states they can bring such tenants to replace you for viewing just refuse viewing. He can't challenge you and ask you to vacate. I read somewhere they need to obtain Magistrate order to evict you.
