DP for married same sex couple or alternatives

I understand the lack of same sex marriage recognition but was hoping that people have real examples of any couples getting the DP and if so how and which company helped with the process. I’ll have an EP.

If not, what are some legal workarounds? My spouse simply runs our small real estate business in the states now. I’m looking forward creativity.

1. Need to be both from a country that allows it.
2. Asian and Singapore with ang moh cannot.

We are both US citizens who have been legally married for over 4 years.

Ok have chance then but depends if your Asian race (i kid you not).

You need the HR to support.

Also cannot be openly gay or camp or hold hands etc.

Note that male on male intercourse is technically illegal but rarely prosecuted.
