There's a shop at Chinatown (opps the hawker centre) selling a wide range of sauce and paste....
Hope you can get what you need there..

I've seen it on the shelf at Fair Price at Parkway Parade & Bedok interchange. I wasn't looking for it, but something else. Can't comment if the product was of good quality.

I'm pretty sure you can also get it at the Thai Grocery store at the Golden Mile Complex.
