Hi All, wondering if anyone has experience with Vpost before?

I am renovating my house and would like to ship some items from overseas. Wanted to get some reviews before engaging through their website with the ongoing promotion for new sign-ups 15% off.

Website is https://vpost.com/sg

Let me know your thoughts, thanks!
I’ve tried taobao (not aliexpress or ezbuy) recently, with their sea freight option. Bought something heavy, like 80kg of volumetric weight.

It was cheap to ship over, something to the tune of $50. Do note, I had to use a lot of google chrome to do the translation. I’ve also had to prepay the gst… zzz

About 3.5 weeks

Shipping rates here.

To note:
“Will you get charged GST on Taobao purchases?

Shipped by sea — all items attract GST, regardless of value
Shipped by air — items worth 400SGD and above”

Just an addendum to the observer's post which is currently accurate......

From January 1, 2023, the government will extend GST to low-value goods imported via air or post valued up to S$400 (US$298). The GST charge is extended to imported non-digital services and online sales of low-value goods by overseas suppliers, meaning an end to GST-free online shopping for consumers.

Additionally the rates will increase from 7% up to 9% sometime between 2022 & 2025
