Oh there will be spectators... but dead in their coffins or watching from their ICU rooms. Japan SHOULD have cancelled for 2 years.

They were very adamant for having spectators. I have to agree they should have just cancelled it.

I put the blame on the IOC leadership rather than Japan. At least Japan had the guts to call a state of emergency for Tokyo.
