Does one need to undergo covid screening or checks before going to the cinema?

If a couple were to go to the movies, can they sit together or have to maintain 1 mtr distancing there as well?

Based on this seating arrangement in GV all seats are couple seats with 3-4 seats used as safe distance seats

It's been probably 20 years since I've been in a movie theater here in SG. just wondering.

Bring a big sack of gold. You'll get a shock when you see how much they charge for a movie ticket nowadays.

Pricing is ridiculous. Upwards of $40, and thats not even including snacks or drinks.

Yes, they are all couple seats now. The couple seats are one seat apart from each other though, not 3 or 4 seats apart like you have mentioned.

Serious? I'll wait for it on Netflix or Prime then, can also eat and know I'm with somebody! While it doesn't pertain to me, how are young people even supposed to get to know somebody else? I can see the TFR going down to .5 in 10 years time. Damn glad I'm not in my 20~30's anymore. But it also sucks being 3.5x that age as well!!!!

Per person? Last time when I was in the cinema, year ago or so, it was ca SGD13-15 per ticket. I quickly checked GV and still see it in that range.

Gold class in GV is 43$. But with HSBC card , u can get for 34.5$.
Since last year, we only saw 5-6 movies but we chose to go to Suntec City Gv gold class to reduce interaction. I kinda like it now. Altho can’t do it every week.

One of my favorite movies; Offices Space :) This is a 1999 movie about an IT guy who hates his job. It is a an awesome concept, just feels dated now....

I'd like to see a remake of hairspray or singin in the rain, though maybe part of the charm is the fact that they have the 50s/80s looks to them.
