The information for some courses online is misleading.
ONLY Singapore Citizen's get a SkillsFuture credit that they can use for approved courses.
PR cannot. The blurb I finally found in the FAQ basically says it because the SC are voters lah.
Even if you see "Noor's Cosmetology Course for Left Handed Malays" is advertising that SC/PR can use SkillsFuture credit it's wrong, only left handed SC Malaysia can do it, no left handed Malay PR .
