PR Approval chances

Hi ,

I have applied PR under PTS scheme on Feb 2021. Please find my details below . I have been in Singapore from Aug 2010 and work in IT side for a startup

Race : Indian
Education : Masters NTU
Salary : 9k , when applying it was 6500 . Have notified the ICA of salary change .
Marital status : Married.
Visa status : EP

My spouse is a singaporean. We got married late 2020. We have bought a hdb in foreign spouse scheme. I applied 3 times before and got rejected but I was not married that time. The change this time is salary and my marital status. What are my chances of approval.

Looks quite good. Only issue this time maybe less than 2 years of marriage. If not this time then close to 100% in another year or so
