Hard to tell, 50/50. Also dependent on your job scope, contribution to Singapore...etc.

There are a bunch of factors that go into consideration. Any kids? Salary? How long have you been here?

Chance of getting approved will be very slim

Too little info to go on...

- You’re married to...? A citizen? A PR? Another foreigner?

- Age of you and spouse

- Occupation of you and spouse

- Salary of you and spouse

- Race of spouse

- Both of you own a house?

- Any kids?

- Etc.

The opening post already states from primary school to poly... so probably close to a decade.

Right, but I don’t know how long it’s been since poly.

My daughter (Filipino) got her PR last Oct2019. We waited for 1 yr 3mos when we got the result. She applied for citizenship last May and after a month, only this week, she received an email from ICA. Her citizenship was approved-in-principle. She studied here since primary 3. Now, she's at JC2.
Btw, she is the only one who applied on her own merits. I think with her credentials (PSLE,A level result and other school awards), that helped her to get her approval.
We, as a family, tried to apply for PR 14 times since 2009. But we always get rejection. So I decided to send her application as student and praise God she got it. ☺️

Now THAT is an interesting bit of news. I've never heard of anything like that happening before. Anyway, congratulations to here. Awesome news.
