Timeframe for IC Collection after PR Formalities

I just completed the PR Formalities. For those who want to know when you can collect your IC after the formalities.

The answer is minimum 2 weeks according to ICA. But when i checked the IC collection availability date. I need to wait for 4 weeks.

Basically you need to stay in SG longer if you want to collect your IC yourself.

Hi Michealt! Could I check if the REP is issued on the spot or to be collected together with the IC? Could we arrange for others to collect the IC on our behalf? I'm currently overseas and would like to find out the timeframe needed to complete the formalities and collect the IC & REP.
