I might relocate to Singapore and I was wondering what it is normally included in an unfurnished apartment or house .
Curtains ?
Lamps ?
Fridge ?
Dishwasher ?
Washing machine/ dryer ?
Microwave ?

Is it common to have built-in closets in the new apartments ? What about a storage room in the ground floor / parking lot ?

Any information on the subject will be appreciated .

You might have to request the landlord to provide a dishwasher as most of the apartments do not have it except for some up-market apartments like Balmoral Residences, Amaryllis Ville, Grange Residences, Ardmore Park, etc.

Storage room in the carpark is pretty rare. There is usually a store room in the apartment though.
