Are you the tenant or LL? If you're the LandLord your agent should be able to do this. If you're the tenant then it's quite complex as you're putting yourself at a disadvantage by not being there during the handover. If you're a tenant doing this remotely you could get a friend to go to the handover and use video to help with the handover.

Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
