Recommendation for a plastic surgery clinic for incision eyelid surgery

Hi guys,
I am looking for a good and reasonable price plastic surgery clinic in Singapore for my eyelid surgery.
I have double eyelid and big eyes but is all becos I have excess eyelids which covered my double eyelid crease. So for me would probably just get rid of the excess skin on the eyelid.

Any recommendation wif good surgeon and reasonable price? I am going for Dr Martin on the 18th June. Is he OK with eyelid surgery. And his price?
