Short term leases of 5-6 months

How easy is it to find a 1-2 bedroom for short term of 5-6 months? I know most owners prefer 2 years?

Minimum lease in Singapore is 6 months, if you can find one.

For private property, minimun lease is 3 months. Of course landlord will request you to pay more for the shorter lease.

Yes usually owners will request higher rent for short terms ie: 3 months - 12 months..
Many owners are also not so keen even for 1-year.
