For minors under 18, the link is sent directly to the parents, so it was probably the parent who made the appointment. Even so, at the vaccination center, they asked my daughter for her DOB and IC number at every point in the process so I don’t see how this could have happened.MOCHS wrote: ↑Fri, 04 Jun 2021 12:25 pmI wonder who made the appointment when the wrong DOB was keyed in... The parents or the boy?
Though the staff at the vaccination centre also failed to confirm the DOB. Wonder how would they do that? With the first two digits of the IC number which indicates the year the individual was born?
Because if they didn’t verify IC number at any stage of the vaccination, that would be a huge red flag ‘cos I had IC number verified at registration and at the nurse’s station before I got jabbed.
