LTVP for Mother-in-law

Hi All,

I am in Singapore for the last 7 years and on EP for the last 6 years. My husband is also on EP for the last 4.5 years. We are planning to bring my husband's mother ( my mother-in-law) to Singapore as she is alone in India. My father-in-law passed away this month. As per MOM, EP holder can bring the parents only if they matches certain salary criteria. Unfortunately, only my salary matches the criteria. Can I check if MOM will allow LTVP for my mother-in-law based on my salary? If not, what other options we can consider?

Only can apply for own parent.
Cannot apply for parent-in-law.

She only can come in as tourist pass which is not possible under present covid19 environment.

Singapore Government does not allow LTVP from India. Only citizen and PR can return from India.
