Hi everyone, can anyone recommend any good snacks to munch on while on keto? I’m thinking of going keto in a couple days, so I wanted to stock up before then.

Have you started on keto?

No I haven’t. I’m currently on a low calorie diet and am thinking of transitioning to keto in the next week or so.

If you are really interested, I can share in PM a friend's Keto recipe/lifestyle facebook site. I don't like spamming and putting things in public, but anyway it's not commercial.
They are a mixed-expat couple who've started keto diet last year before covid, and she's passionate about cooking and baking, both local and so-called western style. So she share's her keto recipes and experiments, including baking etc for the ones who have that kind of cravings.
For the record I don't follow keto diet, but I've had dinners at their house and definitely great meals where you do not feel you are missing out anything. and the couple in their mid 50s have lost 20+ kilos each last year. So something is working for sure.

That would be great, thank you for all your insight!

Thanks for the recommendations! I’m a huge chocoholic, so I’ll be sure to give the keto brownies a try if I’m in the Telok Ayer area.
