From the articles I read, a significant number are from China, India and Indonesia. So all of these SC /PR categories will be affected I would think.

I laugh at these people. If I had money, Singapore is the last place I'd choose. What's the point of having a nice car here? There's no nice
property to buy, I mean nothing compared to say an oceanfront Maui property or a New Zealand ranch. Culturally it's a desert. The government hangs and canes people. The population is 3rd worldish. The climate isn't great. They should just give their money to someone else who knows how to spend it.

The low tax rate, political stability, and general safety is enough to convince most to settle here.
