Additional Family details asked by ICA - I have missed to mention DOB

Hi, I applied for PR in Oct, yesterday i got a letter from ICA asking me to submitted detailed CV of my spouse, children, parents and siblings.

Also, they asked for the complete details of my souse's parents, siblings.

As part of submission i have missed to mention Date of Birth for one of my family number, not sure how to rectify that ?

Can anyone advise , how can i approach to add the missing info ?.
