Visa type for foreign parent of a SG citizen child

Please could someone let me know the type of Singapore visa that a foreign parent (British) can apply for a Singapore citizen child and my girlfriend (Singapore citizen) who is the mother of the Singapore citizen child. We are not legally married yet. Both of them are Singapore citizen except me who is British.
Can a father apply any type of visa based on my child who is Singapore citizen?
Or do I have to apply some work visa type?

You may need a work visa to stay longterm or need to be legally married to be eligible for LTVP. Else, you may get only a short term tourist visa.
