Hi, I'm an 40yo Indonesian Chinese married to SG for 10 years.
We have a small business together.
This year my husband plan on moving back to SG since the covid hit hard on our business and he want to restart at Singapore.
What permit do I need to do before going to singapore? Will I be able to apply for LTPV while my husband just going to start work only? and can I find work with that permit?
And also do I need to stay and work at singapore for 2 years before I can apply for PR? (whis is my husb say)

Moving to SG after 10 year
Re: Moving to SG after 10 year
Your husband, as your sponsor would need to prove his income in Singapore sufficient to have both of you supported. It used to be something in the SGD2-3k (or more) range but not sure what is the current figure.ChikitaTjie wrote: ↑Sun, 23 May 2021 4:59 pmHi, I'm an 40yo Indonesian Chinese married to SG for 10 years.

For a PR based on family ties you may apply immediately even residing overseas. The criteria is likely to be based on your marriage millage (at least 1-2 years) and likely again the income.

Ah thank you, so it means I no need to stay at SG for certain amount of time before applying for PR?x9200 wrote: ↑Sun, 23 May 2021 7:00 pm

Do we have to own a house to increase the chance of the PR approve?

Null effect one way or the other.
