I am a PR and had my second child born in March.
I am now in the process of getting LTVP for my child and we received the IPA (pending for payment).
We have one issue due to Covid 19.
We will have to attend a family member’s funeral outside Singapore and due to self quarantine requirements we may not finish the formalities within two months.
On this, I have a couple if questions:
1. Are applicants still given two months to complete the formalities even though entry approval is halted?
2. How is the date of issue determined on ltvp ipa letter? Is it the day I make the payment for IPA? If so, I would like to make the payment as late as possible.
