So can we delete safe entry app after we've downloaded trace together? There's just too many apps running on my phone its draining my battery everyday.

Yes, the tracetogether app has replaced the safe entry app completely.

abbby, you think your apps are draining your battery? Wait until you install the TraceTogether app. I refuse to turn it on unless my battery in my TT token goes flat (I had it replaced about 1 week ago). You will be lucky to get half a day of battery with it on 24/7. I have it installed but the bluetooth turned off which effectively disables it.

3-4 days battery life on my Samsung A12. Without it running, probably 5-6 days.

It drains my battery so quickly, I’ve had to start carrying a power bank with me when I leave the house. The iPhone XS Max that once used to last me a whole day on one charge now lasts me just a few hours before it goes flat. I suspect its the Bluetooth.

3-4 days?! Even before I downloaded the app, my battery life was 10-12 hours at most.

Yes. I guess a matter of how frequently the phone is used - for me it is just a phone and very occasionally camera + messaging), location, and the phone itself. I had earlier Redmi 4a and 7a and it was also like 5-7 days with wifi/bt all time on.

That’s incredible! I thought my 12 hour battery life was great.

The app itself is incredibly user friendly. It’s the battery draining that is the problem.

Agreed. I don't carry a purse so I don't want to be shoving a phone AND a powerbank in my jeans. It's getting hard enough shoving my Covid SHN arse in them now.

Hahaha, yes I now almost exclusively use my token. The new design is so small and sleek, a huge improvement from the original.

Amazing! Yes, mine is an iPhone XS Max. I got it around 3 years ago and for the most part it still works great, just that the battery life is not as good as it used to be.
