PR formality Doc for single application

I got my PR approved.

do I need to still provide my spouse document during the PR formalities?

I did not included my spouse as part of my or applications.

Please advise.

If they ask for it, yes.

Check for the approval and appointment letter which will indicate the documents that they need to complete formalities.

I just completed.. They don't ask for my wife info.
