You can visit any Community Centre/Club (CC) to replace your Token when the battery is low. This is indicated by a blinking red light on your Token. If the Token is functioning properly, you should see a blinking green light that comes on about once every minute.

From April, there will be booths set up in selected malls for Token replacement.

Please visit www.token.gowhere.gov.sg for more details.

Please bring along your Token and original ID (with barcode) for a free replacement.

Yep, just had mine replaced at the local CC (dead battery) last week. Walked in and out in 5 minutes. Quick & easy. I like the new ones better as they are flatter than the weird-shaped ones originally given out.

Every exchange and replacement is done at the CC. Just remember to bring your IC, or the process will be quite a pain.
