You may like to try engaging a HR specialist to help? I have a friend who hired this HR consultant after he was rejected a few times and they got his EP approved within 3 weeks if I recall correctly. You need to have the experience and know how it works.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Not sure that that would help with anything though?

A question to those who are changing jobs while holding EP. Do the new employer apply only for EP approval first or along with EP they apply for DPs as well for the complete family?

both together, as soon as the old EP is canceled so are the DP's because they are tagged to the specific EP.

An update on my EP application. 3 weeks after the first appeal, I got another rejection.

The employer told me that MOM rejected my 1st appeal today. Previously, we were required to send payslips, bank records, justification letter, etc. Now, the employer told me that MOM required them to submit extensive details on why I should be selected. They told me they will send a record of the hiring process I went through, the previous applications for other candidates, and in-depth details of the skills I can bring to the table.

I know there's nothing more I can do. I'm just afraid to get disappointed that after this long process, MOM will ultimately reject this potential employment.

My EP got approved on second appeal. First rejection was salary increase. First appeal rejection because the company did not have sufficient revenues in prior years(it was dormant). The second appeal came through after company sought support from other agencies (EDB/MAS)
