Condo Rental, how fixed are advertised rent?

Post by andrew.nicholls » Sat, 01 May 2021 4:08 am

Hi
I'm moving to SG in July and have been looking at condos on . and 99.co.
Does anyone have any recent experience regarding the advertised rent vs. what you have been able to negotiate?
I know that each situation is different but I'm trying to get a general feeling.
TIA.

I think anything between $100-$300 depending on the quantum as well.

Generally, most prices are negotiable. As for how negotiable, that differs.
