PR permit and LTSV permit

Hi there everyone,

Just wanted to see if anyone else has some similar experience of knows of anyone more or less in the same boat.

I am a Maltese citizen who married a Sinagporean citizen civilly in Malta...we have just returned to Singapore last December 2004 and am currently on a tourist visa. In the meantime since my wife is Malay we solemnized our marriage under Islam law in Singapore at the Registry of Muslim Marriages. My wife just gave birth to our two sons (twins) in Singapore last Jan 2005 and she has a daughter who we plan to adopt as a married couple.

I have applied for a LTSV pass so far but have not heard of any outcome so far and 5 weeks have already gone by and I intend to apply for PR later this month. My education level is University level but am currently unemployed and so is my wife.

Doe any one have any experiences in similar situations with reference to getting PR or LTSV pass in Sinagpore. Thanks.
