PR Application 2021

I need your valuable comments/ suggestion on PR application submission.

Age :52
Nationality : Indian
Edu. Qualification : Masters, PG Dipl in Computer Applications
Job : Project Control Manager for International Company
In Singapore Since : 2010
Years of Experience : 26 Years
Salary : SGD 130,000+ yearly, plus AWS, Yearly Bonus. Total SGD 160,000 per year
Rejected PR Application 3 times : 2011, 2015, 2016.
Married, 2 children (Son ,age- 17+, Daughter. age -15+)
Wife : Home Maker
Planning to apply again in August 2021.

Any comments on plus/minus points and chances to get PR ?

Some people advised to go through agents. But not sure how agents are going to support in submitting applications ? Any additional documents ? Fees will be SGD 5000 to SGD7000

After assessments, if they feel that there is a chance to get PR, fess will be reduced that's the comment heard. Can't understand the logic behind that. It should be other way around ?

Also they mentioned that age is not an issue as there are cases where 55+ age people with similar profile got PR.

Your suggestions will guide/help me to take right decision

Low Salary and Indian nationality + on top of age is a big factor.
Salary is quite Low compared to age sorry.
I think Indian people here should know by now that there is ZERO chance that Singapore will accept us till we bring something that is incredibly amazing to the table like a million$ + house or a company that hires 50 Singaporeans. Good luck!

Untrue. You should probably check the profiles of some of the people in this forum who are approved vs those that aren't.
