Hi,

Can anyone assist? Can the employer convert S Pass to WP? I know provided employee is agreeable to it.

It's possible if over quota on S passes but still has quota for WP. Or they can send the S pass holder home. Doesn't need employee's agreement at all. Employee has a choice, accept WP or no job, return to home country. There is going to be a lot of that coming this year with the 5% quota reduction for certain industrial sectors.
