EP pending for more than 40 days

Hi all,
I am in Singapore for more than 6 years now. And decided to move to another company. My EP was applied on 15 March 2021 and we got degree verification query in forth week i.e. on 7 April 2021.
The verification came as clear so agency uploaded required documents on 14 April. The status of application is still Pending.
On the basis recent questions here .this may be a repeat question. But all recent threads are not updated for what happens to the application.i.e. the one who ask the question don't always update what happen to application. So wanted to know what are the chances that it will go through?
If application now pending more than a month then is it an indication that it will likely be pending for long time or will be rejected?

We have seen pending applications for 3 days - 3 months too.
